Managed IT and cybersecurity for Coachella Valley law firms
Your clients trust you with their most sensitive information. We make sure your technology deserves that trust: secure email and documents, systems that stay up, and a local team you can call when something breaks.
Three things raise the stakes
Confidentiality is a professional duty
Attorneys have an ethical obligation to protect client information, and it extends to the email, cloud storage and devices that hold it. Weak passwords or an unprotected mailbox can become a client-trust problem.
Lawyers need to understand their technology
You don't need to be an IT expert, but you do need to know your systems are set up sensibly and have someone you can ask. That's our job.
Law firms are attractive targets
Settlement funds, wire transfers and confidential case files make firms a favorite target for phishing and email fraud. Good email security and a simple verification process stop most attempts.
IT services built around how law firms work
Microsoft 365, set up securely
Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive configured for a law office: multi-factor authentication on every account, protection against phishing and spoofed email, encrypted email for sensitive messages, and sharing settings that keep client files from going to the wrong person.
Practice management support
We support the software your firm runs on, including Clio, MyCase and ProLaw: user setup and access, integration with Microsoft 365, and backups. When something breaks, we work with the vendor so your staff doesn’t have to.
E-discovery & legal hold support
When litigation requires you to preserve or produce electronic records, we handle the IT side: holds on mailboxes and files in Microsoft 365, stopping auto-deletion, and exporting data for your e-discovery vendor. We don’t provide legal advice or review services.
Cybersecurity & phishing training
Endpoint protection, security updates, encrypted laptops and monitoring that flags problems early, plus short phishing-awareness lessons and practice emails so attorneys and staff can spot a fake wire request.
Backup & disaster recovery
Automatic, tested backups of files, email and practice-management data, so ransomware, a failed drive or a deleted folder doesn’t cost you a case file.
Secure remote work
Secure access from court, home or a client’s office, with firm and personal devices managed through Microsoft Intune and remote wipe for a lost laptop or phone.
24/7 help desk & on-site support
Court filings and client emergencies don’t keep business hours, and neither do we. Help desk and monitoring run 24/7, with on-site visits across the Coachella Valley.
Onboarding & offboarding
New attorney starting Monday? Laptop, accounts and access will be ready. When someone leaves, their access to client data is removed right away.
What about HIPAA?
HIPAA applies to more law firms than you might expect. Firms that handle medical records, such as personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, elder law and estate planning, or that act as a business associate for a healthcare client, may need HIPAA-level safeguards for that information.
Where it applies, we help set up the technical safeguards HIPAA calls for, such as access controls, encryption and audit logging. If HIPAA doesn't apply to you, we won't sell you compliance you don't need.
“Their team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they become problems. What stands out most is their ability to explain technical matters in a clear and practical way, making it much easier for us to make informed decisions.”

Frequently asked questions
Can you work with our existing practice-management software?
Yes. We support Clio, MyCase and ProLaw, and we coordinate directly with your software vendor when issues come up.
We already have an IT person. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. Our co-managed IT option covers security, monitoring and after-hours support while your in-house person handles day-to-day requests.
Will switching IT providers disrupt our practice?
We plan onboarding around your calendar, do most of the work after hours or remotely, and tell you in advance about anything that affects attorneys or staff.
Is our email secure enough to send client documents?
Standard email is often acceptable, but highly sensitive matters may call for encrypted email or secure file sharing. We set up both in Microsoft 365 so attorneys can choose the right one in a click.
What happens if we’re hit by ransomware?
We isolate affected systems, restore from clean backups and help you document what happened for your insurer and clients. Your own legal counsel decides what has to be disclosed and to whom.
Can you help with HIPAA requirements?
Yes. If your firm handles medical records or works as a business associate for a healthcare client, we help set up the technical safeguards HIPAA calls for. Your own counsel can advise on what the rules require of your firm.
